Appears to be a performance regression with ST4. When opening a large file of about 160MB, ST3 call scroll smoothly, but ST4 will hang for about 1-2s before the content on screen is updated.
Maybe a duplicate of ST4: Scrolling is not smooth; tab-complete is slow
