Windows 10 rendering issue

I’m using Sublime 3.2.2 3211 on Windows 10 together with ConEmu (https://conemu.github.io/). ConEmu is setup to act as quake-like console sliding up and down on a hotkey. Whenever it slides down over sublime windows like this:

I get lots of visual rendering problems in sublime windows. Parts of it go black and get visible again part by part on mouseover.

If you remove animation of sliding, the bug seems to go away.
