All 3rd-party plugins are not related to stuff. The most sane way for asking help is asking the plugin author since you paid for it. You may post for help here for sure but remember that no one here is obligated to help you.

That’s a fair point. Since third-party plugins are developed and maintained independently, the plugin author is usually the best person to contact for support, especially if it’s a paid plugin. The community can certainly offer suggestions based on experience, but there’s no guarantee that someone will be able to provide a solution. Reaching out to the developer directly is often the quickest and most reliable way to resolve plugin-specific issues.

I have support questions into Codexns that are 2 years old - no answer. How can a developer expect to be taken seriously when they treat paying customers this way? My company would cease to exist if we acted like that.

If there is another FTP plugin that actually works and is supported, I’d love to have it. I have found Sublime Text to be an excellent code editor on Linux and I have tried a lot of them. I have no plans to change.
