Search file changes?

Is there any way to search file changes in commits like SourceTree can?

Just use Ctrl+f

It only seems to search commit messages, authors, paths, and line numbers, but not actual content of lines changed.

Ah mis-read, just do ctrl+shift P -> File history

Still not exactly what I’m looking for, as doing Ctrl+f in a specific file still only searches the commit messages for that file, not the actual diffs for each commit.

Dev Build 1080 added support for contents: search operator that accomplishes this!

Thanks for this thread.
‘contents:’ is indeed the solution or this.

Anyway the ‘contents:’ feature is lacking a clear highlight of the content searched in each commit.
I am having hard time trying to find the line with the content change I am searching for when their are a lot of changes in a commit.

Do you have any suggestion?

Agreed, highlighting of the search terms would be a welcome addition!
