Yep, indeed. 
I didn’t make the link between markdown, html and the css3 package.
It’s apparently the problem.

I actually am having the same error. I don’t see the “CSS3” package installed. Maybe I’m missing something else?

The author of CSS3 has added the necessary context, so this shouldn’t be a problem in the future.

If you post the contents of your Sublime Text console from a fresh start, hopefully we can help you determine the issue.

This happened to me when I disabled the CSS package. Re-enabling it fixed the issue for me.
