I think the only difference is you get access to the new sublime icon.

I would assume after so long of using the theme (after the trail) you will be prompted to buy a licence.

What OS are you on? You donā€™t install it in ST, but install it in your OS, and then configure ST to use it.

I believe you can double click it and your OS might show a font preview with an install button.

OS i install it already and ā€œfont_faceā€: ā€œOperator Monoā€, nothing happen

Are you able to select that font in any other tool? I still donā€™t know what OS you are on, so it is difficult for me to say.
