Minimap border not visible

This has just cropped up since the last update. I have modified Packages/User/predawn.sublime-color-scheme to contain:

    {
        "globals": {
            "minimap_border": "#FFFFFF",
        }
    }

as described here:

Still no draw_minimap_border (solved)

It seems that the minimap border has been fixed but it isn’t working for me – is there any way I’m doing something wrong here? [minimap]

Is there a reason this no longer works and is there a new solution?

That’s a regression. It is fixed in ST 4153.
