I would like to create a couple of Sublime Text packages, and have them appear under the SublimeText organization on GitHub. my GitHub username is “YoginthS”.

How to join the SublimeText Organization on GitHub?

Do you have anything to refer to regarding previous work with the Sublime Text package architecture (for example, a package)? I'm not adding just anyone; you have to prove being versed in the architecture before.

If you already created them, you can move them over once I invited you to the org. As mentioned in the referenced post, I’m not just adding anyone, though.
