I hadn’t used ST since 2022 until 90’ ago. I duly bought an upgrade from build 3211 to 4125. I thought I’d followed the instructions, then my licence keys kept disappearing. I deleted everything and started again from scratch and still it happens. It’s fine for maybe 1’ and then I get a message saying my licence is invalid and it has been removed. What do I do to get it working as it should. Alternatively, how can I get a refund for today’s $80 as I feel like I need to move to something simpler. Life gets more tricky when you retire!

It’s likely you’re using your old license key, which gets invalidated after upgrading. You should have been sent a new license key.
