[fixed] Isuue with unicode and emoji

ST3 can’t display these characters: ╭━╮┃╱╯╰ when I use consolas font. If I use a mono font called Hack, then it shows them. But, notepad and notepad++ shows them even with consolas.
ST3 has a strange issue with emoji. If I paste these two , it shows some invisible characters on right side. If I delete them, it deletes the two symbols also. After that, even undo does not bring them back. Again notepad and notepad++ does not have this issue.
I use windows 8.1 64-bit core and portable version of ST3.

I was using 3083. Today I tried the new 3103 and the emoji issue is fixed. That first issue still exists though.
