I am making project in Unicode, but sublime does not support to unicode. How to fix it?

I am using Sublime Text 3 Build 3103 and I have already set : “default_encoding”: “UTF-8”, in setting user. But it dont support to unicord

Sublime does support unicode, what do you exactly mean? Is the file encoded in UTF8?
Maybe this [fixed] Isuue with unicode and emoji
