Not sure if this started with 3136, but I haven’t updated in months. I just noticed the GitGutter icons are quite large on MacOS 10.12.4. They were normal sized before the update I think.

Check and see if you have the latest version of GitGutter. They are normal sized on 3136 for me on Sierra.
