Claim for refund

Hello,

I sent an email claiming a refund five days ago, yet I didn’t have a response. I saw this post in which a person had the same problem, and @bschaaf asked to send a DM so he could help.

For some reason I can’t send personal DMs, I’m scared of lose the available days for the refund claim. I don’t have much time and I don’t know what to do.
