Can't run the prog build 4126 on win7 x64. It's dumping

Try to run, but nothing happens.
Only creates dump files in installed prog dir.

As a first troubleshooting step, you want to make sure that you have every available Win7 service pack installed.

A quick google indicates that there is an SP1 download that contains all available updates in one big rollup. I’ve never installed that personally, but this site has instructions on how to get it and apply it: https://www.howtogeek.com/255435/how-to-update-windows-7-all-at-once-with-microsofts-convenience-rollup/

It is not the SP1 I wanted to point you to. It’s from 2011 and useless with regards to this issue.
