Can not work

My system is win7, when i installed sublime text 4(4126), i could not open it, but i can see it works in task manager. I need help.

When i uninstall sublime text4，reintall sublime text3, it works, i can see UI on desktop.BUT i can’t run sublime text4，i don’t know how to do.I even reinstalled the system, but the situation has not changed. (Windows 7 Ultimate with Service Pack 1 (x64) )
