By-pass CDATA Color Coding

I have to edit HTML within an XML file. The HTML resides within CDATA section to prevent parsing errors. Is there a way to tell Sublime to ignore the CDATA sections when it color-codes? Right now it makes it all one color.

TL;DR: disable Emmet (if like me you are just using it for selecting pairs of tags), use double Ctrl+d instead, and then this custom syntax will allow natural HTML editing within CDATA tags. Stumbled upon this thread and I am delighted to discover I can disable Emmet (and soon remove once I’ve tested more) and still (with the double Ctrl+d) edit opening and closing tag pairs together. So so far, without Emmet, it looks like this syntax finally solves my issue with editing HTML within CDATA tag…
