Your system has run out of application memory

Upgraded to macOS Monterey yesterday, have the latest build of Sublime 3.

Just got the “Your system has run out of application memory” message, and with only 4 small (~1-4KB) files open, Sublime was using 84GB of RAM.

Closed Sublime, re-opened, memory goes back down–but every time I save, the memory usage jumps about 100 MB.

I got the same large screen popup bug in Big Sur 11.6.1. Ignored popup, because nag stated Monterey needs update, but Big Sur here. Net 4 problem?

Regardless, let’s visit devo persistence. A few minutes after the lost child ST4 popup on my ST3 desktop, ST3 drag-and-drop dead.

So… Delete all traces of ST3 from Big Sur and update to Monterey.

Make my ST4 popups REAL! That should fix these issues.
