Wrong commit message when using "Edit Commit Contents"

We are experiencing a bug in the “Edit Commit Contents” feature in Sublime Merge 1201 and 1119.

  • Select a commit and click “Edit Commit Contents” and click “Abort Rebase”.
  • Select another commit and click “Edit Commit Contents”. Now you will see that the commit message in the commit message text box is not the message from the selected commit.

Aha, the problem is labelled as an “enhancement”. I disagree, it is a bug.
