Workflowy : outline replacement?

I use Sublime Text for many things - except real outlining - for that, I use Workflowy.

Is there a package or clever set of keystrokes that would allow me to move lines (and collapsed blocks) up and down inside the document?

A line (or multiple selected lines) can be moved around via ctrl+shift+up and ctrl+shift+down.

Folded regions are unfortunatelly unfolded when moving them in ST 4143/4147.

@deathaxe Yeah, that’s what I was trying to avoid.
Not a big deal, I was merely trying to reduce the number of apps being used.

In case “avoid” targets unfolding moved text blocks, following enhencement requests have been filed

Issue: `swap_line_up` and `swap_line_down` should treat folded regions as part of a line

Issue: Folded regions should keep folded when being moved (e.g. via `swap_line_up` and `swap_line_down`)

@deathaxe Wow, I was going to leave it be and suck it up. YOU went the extra mile, which could improve my Sublime Text life (and hopefully others). Thank you!
