Word wrap option is not saving its state between runs (build 3111)

Hi!

I’m on ubuntu 14.04 64 bits, and when I close ST, word wrap option is always disabled. I think the best behavior is to save its state and retrieve it on the next run of the program.

You coukd set "word_wrap": true in your user preferences file, and it should remember it after restarts etc.
