Word wrap does not work with proportional fonts

The wrap_width value appears to be ignored when using a proportional font (specifically, Calibri).

Since word_wrap is done on a number-of-characters basis, rather than a number-of-pixels basis, this seems like a bug that should be easy to fix.

I’m getting this as well, in build 3059 of ST3, Win7 x64. It’s rather bothersome as I use Noticia Text (a proportional font) for my Markdown compositions.
