Since scroll-lock is not really used by anything anywhere and is still present on most keyboards, having it available as a boolean state in context
for keybindings could be useful.
An obvious use for this would be turning the keyboard arrow keys into scroll keys (like ctrl+arrow
typically does already), but it allows for a sort of second layer of keybindings.
I don’t really know where I would use this right now, but I’m sure I’ll find some silly thing to do with it.
