Why ST3 highlight sinqle quotes?

I cant understand why ST3 and for what purpose highlight single codes in php code?

One way is to ignore your packages one by one by placing them in the ignored_packages settings in Preferences. Let’s say you have package_1, package_2 & package_3 installed. If you place package_1 in ignored_packages, ST will not load that package. So you can do that one by one & find out which package/plugin might be doing this.

Obviously those whom may be related to PHP coding style checking. Or at least PHP-related packages.
