Why occurs so much Spam!?

I’ve never seen in another forum so much spam. Has the sublime forum an security hole?
User registration with a hard captcha and posting rules for the first membership time are required.
It could be like following:

  • 1st week membership: 1 post per day
  • 2nd week membership: 3 posts per day
  • after this time: full membership
    So is a new member to ask to be able and get help. But a spammer can only send one spam-post. If it is recognized that a new member just spam writes, it can be blocked in the first 2 weeks without major damage.

The problem isn’t technical. The problem is that the guys behind Sublime simply doesn’t care about this project anymore.
