Why I cannot run sublime Text Setup on my windowsv?

Please help ! I am very new. I downloaded Sublime Text Build Setup file into Download folder and tried to run the file by double click on the file or by open command, however the setup file onever run.

This is a simple question,

what version of windows is it? Vista?

  1. You system is x86 or x64?
  2. What is your downloaded the Sublime Text 3 build?
  3. You downloaded Sublime Text is x86 or x64? Try both. Try also the portable version.
