Good morning, when I type something, this circle is in the last letter I typed and when I click somewhere else in the code, it goes back to that part of the code that has the white circle around, can anyone help me?

It sounds like you’ve installed a third-party package that is trying to do something for you. I’d look in the status bar to see if a message is being displayed.
You could also try disabling any third-party packages you’ve installed.

I’m guessing you meant re-install it. Know that when you uninstall Sublime Text, it doesn’t remove the packages. So, when you reinstall it, it re-use them. And because it’s likely that the problem is coming from one of them, re-installing ST won’t change a thing. Try to revert to a fresh state to see if it works.
