While I was trying to install package in my Sublime Text 3, I’m getting some error.
I tried with manual installation as well but still it is not working for me.
I’m getting below error :-
Error installing Package Control: HTTPS error encountered, falling back to HTTP - <urlopen error [WinError 10060] A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond>

what OS are you using?
are you behind a proxy?
is that error appearing in the ST console or as a message box? I take it the package doesn’t download successfully over the HTTP fallback?
have you tried following the steps at https://packagecontrol.io/docs/troubleshooting? maybe enabling debug logging will help identify the problem

I’m having Windows 7 Enterprise 64 bit.
Yes I’m behind proxy. I’m currently employed with Aon so they have proxy in their systems.
This error is appearing in Console.
