Where is the old menu?

Hello from Germany, and sorry for my English!
I pressed a few buttons, and now i have a new menu.

How do i change to the old menu?

Adaptive Theme supports custom title bar rendering, which includes replacing main menu bar with a hamburger menu button.

To get the main menu back, you probably want to set "themed_title_bar": false.

Thanks a lot, but after this command, there is NO Menu to see. Its completely away. You know, what i mean?

Alt -> View -> Show Menu
