Where I can to make regex syntax highlight for «Replace With:»?

Colors for Find What: in replace panel I make in stTheme file of my color scheme. Examples:

But where can I do the colors for Replace With:? For example, I want to highlight content of subpattern and metasymbol of newline character, example — https://regex101.com/r/cQ4iK5/1:

I watched a few popular themes and color schemes, but when I use them, syntax highlighting for Replace With: still missing. I did not find where I can make a color syntax replacement elements.
