Where are .tmTheme files supposed to live? (ST3 - Linux)

Hi,
We have a custom color scheme file that we use for ST3. We updated to build 3143 today and noticed that this scheme does not show up in the “Color Scheme…” menu. Previous version (3114) would show this scheme. The color scheme file lives in ~/.config/sublime-text-3/Packages/*.tmTheme.

Are *.tmTheme files suppose to live elsewhere in ST3 build 3143 so they show up in the color scheme menu?

.tmTheme files should be in a subfolder of the Packages/ folder. If you created the theme yourself, the logical place is Packages/User/. The color scheme switcher does not look for .tmTheme files in the root of the Packages/ folder, mostly because that is not where they should be kept.
