It’s great to see the block caret added to ST 3.2 .
Adding this to my Settings enabled it:
“block_caret”: true,
Great, but are there more settings relating to the block caret that ST recognizes ?
“block_caret_color” ?
Others ?
Where are they documented ?

All of the known (supported) settings are listed in the default settings file, along with comments that tell you what they do and what their values can be set to.
The color of the caret is controlled by your color scheme, so in order to modify that you need to customize your color scheme.
