When Sublime Text 3 is used with vintageous, how do I set the cursor to underline when I enter command mode?

When entering command mode in previous versions, the default style of the cursor is underlined. Today, after I updated to version 3.2, I entered command mode and the cursor became a block. How do I change the underline style cursor? Thank you
