When I open a new tab in Chrome, Sublime launches

Some setting somewhere is linking Sublime to Chrome. When I open a new tab in Chrome, or click a link from somewhere that opens a new tab or window, Sublime launches automatically.

I’m not able to find anything on this, as searching brings up information for those wanting this to happen, or wanting Sublime to open Chrome. Has anyone seen this, or knows of a plugin or preference that is controlling this? It’s not something I intentionally set up, and I have been using Sublime for many years.

I’m on a Mac, using the latest of everything

I imagine it could only be caused by a Chrome WebExtension, no? as opposed to on the Sublime Text side?

That was my original assumption but I only have a few extensions, and none of them pertain to web editing, etc.
