When I installed, setup and was using Debugger, eventually Sublime Text would flash to black/go totally black

#1

It was flashing black in some moments and totally black for other moments. And when it goes black absolutely nothing is visible in the whole Sublime Text window. Seizure grade! Note that it did not happen immediately but after some random time. It only happened after I setup Debugger and was actively debugging. A quick google and I did try "gpu_window_buffer": false, but that appears to do nothing for this issue.

Any help pls?

"gpu_window_buffer" doesn’t exist in ST4. Does it happen if you turn off hardware acceleration ("hardware_acceleration": "none")?

I used to have an issue that was similar to this which would not happen when hardware acceleration was disabled. Instead of black it was flashing red and would occasionally happen. Certainly seemed to be triggered by all the phantom rendering I was doing.

It went away in either a Sublime Text update or a MacOS update not sure which like 6 months ago maybe.

I’m using the dev build 4134 and MacOS 12.5.1 so @aashish108 might want to try updating their system.
