Looks like you’re trying to save the file to the root path. You should be saving the file to a path that your user account has access to, such as your home folder.
If you’re not trying to save the file, a plugin might be trying to do so for you. I’d suggest trying to revert to a freshly installed state in that case.

If you’re trying to run the file using a build system, you need to save it first.
