What I'm missing

#1

until now I used Dreamweaver.
From there I’m used to get a Background-image in CSS-files by clicking on the class-definition and then a window appears with the available CSS-code like that

Unbenannt

Is there any possibility to get something similar in ST3 ?
until now I only found the way to copy the path of an image and paste it manually
I miss the window, where I can see all images before inserting

These are the kind of features you’d expect to get with a website IDE not with a more general text editor like Sublime Text, not out of the box that is. Not sure if one exists, but this kind of feature would be added by a plugin.
