What does the colour square?

I’m really interested by knowing what party of sublime text does this new square on colours.

I’ve got color highlighting plugin but it only applies a background colour on colours.

However, the square is really efficient and only happens on css syntax, not all other syntaxes.

I’d like to have this everywhere.

I guess it’s either from ColorHelper or a CSS language server. More likely the later one since LSP supports its color hinting recently but the former one is better at this moment imho.
