Can someone please help me figure out what I did to my screen here? I would truly appreciate any help! I have even tried uninstalling and reinstalling but to no avail

That just looks like “grid” view? Look in the menus to change your View, Layout to Single.

You probably accidentally selected View -> Layout -> Grid: 4 which would give you a 4 pane layout like a grid. To get a single pane back, you can choose View -> Layout -> Single from the main menu.

Thank you for your inputs, honestly wasnt sure where to even start with where to look without knowing what to search for. Obviously I have alot to learn still but I thank you for yalls help!
