So I just downloaded Sublime Text 3 and when I opened the program, the font looks very weird. Anybody knows why is that? Thanks for your help.

It appears you installed a third-party theme (Material Theme). I don’t know the details of it, but perhaps it is using a font you don’t have installed?

Yes, I do use Material Theme. But even after resetting Sublime and removing all packages, the font is still the same.

What platform and version are you running ST3 on?

It is Version: Build 3176 on Window 10.

Do you not have Segoe UI installed? If it can’t find that, it should fall back to MS Sans Serif. I feel like I’ve seen this issue before, and it had something to do with a corrupt configuration, or missing fonts on the machine.

Does your console say anything about not being able to find a font?

I looked into my computer and saw that Segoe UI is installed. Why can’t Sublimt Text find it?

I fixed the problem by reinstalling Segoe UI font. Thanks @wbond
