I use Dev Build 3107 on Windows x64. I cannot exactly reproduce it, but sometimes, when I open a project, the sidebar keeps being empty and not a single file from the project is loaded, but the project name is visible in the title bar. I then have to open another project or restart ST, then it works. With the previous Dev builds, I have never had such issues. Is this known to somebody else?
I have the same behaviour on Windows 10 x64, build 3103 (official).
If i resize the sidebar, files on the sidebar appear but folder cannot be opened and the whole sidebar never refresh and it’s impossible to interact with it.
Never saw this problem with 3083
I just figured out that everything works fine if you resize the window (e.g. restore then maximize or vice versa). Then it works for me. It seems like it is some drawing problem.

I fixed it deleting the .sublime-workspace folder from all the projects. I think it was some bad sidebar cache

For me it can be reproduced even with clean workspaces. Currently I have in all my projects option “Show open files” turned on. This way this problem doesn’t bother me.
