I keep getting bizarre “autocomplete” type popups when I’m editing my HTML/PHP pages. See the screenshot attached. Can’t seem to attach a screenshot because “…the board attachment quota has been reached.”

It’s only ever one choice, the “closing” tag to the element just closed above it, and if it’s ever selected it’ll just be nonsense on the page. But of course it hijacks my “return” and “tab” keys, causing me to have to undo it, escape to get out of it, and otherwise slowing me down.
This doesn’t happen on my copy of Sublime Text 2 on my personal machine, just my work machine. So I suspect it’s a package issue, but I have no idea which one and removing all the packages just caused hours of fun the other day!
Please help?
