Visual bug

I attached a screenshot of what’s happening. This is on a fresh install of Ubuntu 12.10 in XFCE.
I don’t know how to describe the bug to search for it, but it makes the editor unusable.
Everything changes with each click (even in the same place) or scrolling.

Have you found the solution for this problem? I have it too, makes ST completely unusable - Linux Mint 14 MATE. It used to work, but when I started it today, it started to behave like this.
