View in browser - unavailable

Dear community,

View in browser add-on is not available in the Sublime Text unregistered version i am experimenting.

Is it available in the registered version, or the addon has been removed? Is there another add-on for the purpose of viewing your code changes directly in the browser?

If you registered ST, you

  • Can disable update checking
  • Can access the dev builds
  • No prompt when saving a file

Nothing more.

Hi jfcherng, thanks for your reply! But i did not fully understand your answer.

What i look for, is to install the “View in browser” add-on; but it’s not coming up when i do ctrl shift p, and type “View in browser”.

Why is that?

I am just here to clarify that “if you don’t buy ST license, you still can use plugins”.

Using the Sublime Text Package Control plugin (http://wbond.net/sublime_packages/package_control) press CTRL + SHIFT + P and find Package Control: Install Package and press Enter . Find this plugin in the list by name View In Browser .

  1. press CTRL + SHIFT + P and find Package Control: Install Package and press Enter
  2. Find this plugin in the list by name View In Browser

I managed to do it!

I didn’t use the Package Control: Install Package option, and was typing View In Browser directly.

Anyway i got it sorted!
