View → Hide Menu not work with Alt-Tab

View → Hide Menu does hide the menu bar, but after a few Alt-Tab back and forth, the menu appear again. I have to press Alt twice to hide it again.
I know that using Alt to show Menu Bar is good but messing with Alt-Tab is not.
