I just installed version 3 for OSX. It hangs every time I open it.
I have been using this editor for about 3 years now, never had a problem. Purchased license today and it stops responding every time I load it.
Please explain how I can resolve this urgent issue.

For me, in ST3 is was the Session.sublime_session file causing the issue. Deleting this file will cause loss of short-term data like “recent files” “window orientation etc.” minimal loss to get up and running quickly.
On Mac, find it here: HD > Users > YourUser > Library > Application Support > Sublime Text 3 > Local > Session.sublime_session
Close Sublime, delete file, then open sublime. Good Luck.
