It seems like whenever I leave it for 5-10 minutes, especially if there is any memory pressure, I come back to the whirling beachball of death and have to force quit the app. I’m on Apple OS 10.13.6 (17G65). I try to keep my memory use down, but still have to restart (and lose whatever changes I neglected to save).
Where should I start debugging this?
I have not received any feedback on my support request for 5 days now. I am a licensed user (I even paid for my license). For my money, I do expect some support. Could someone from support at least get back to me with some suggestions of where to start debugging this problem? The software is almost unusable as it goes into never-never-land at least five or six times a day.
have you tried in a clean state with no third party plugins installed?

Thanks for the reply. I did not find a data folder under Application Support/Sublime Text, but I did find an Installed Packages, which I renamed and noticed that the app rebuilt after restarting it. Let’s see if that did the trick.
