SublimeText lives inside modern Operating Systems (OSX, Linux, Windows) that sort files on their graphic environments using UTF Collate order. ST simply uses the python default sorting mechanism, the fastest, no doubt, but for list of files at your Side Bar, it is a nightmare: files are in different order than that you see on your environment.
