I have used ST3 in my customized WinPE build without problems.
WinPE is WIN10 based, and ST3 is v3.2.2 (portable).
Today I upgraded to ST4 (4121 portable x64) and immediately get error it cannot find OPENGL32.DLL.
Copied this DLL but it is the start of a sequence of missing DLL errors that I cannot bring to a good end.
But first back to OPENGL32.DLL:
I read ST4 on Windows does not use OpenGL by default.
Does ST4 properly detect WinPE as a Windows OS? Why does it need the OPENGL32?
