Using SL 3 and deleted a folder. Cant see it anywhere

I am using SL3 and deleted a folder without checking it. Is there a way for recovery of deleted files.

If by SL you mean Sublime Text, check the recycle bin/trash bin; items deleted by side bar menus are sent to the trash when you delete them.
