Check the “Plugin Announcements” in the forum, the editor you posted here is also posted there, also other Theme Editors, and useful plugins and such are posted there viewforum.php?f=5.

@sneila glad you liked it, I’m the creator of tmThemeEditor.
Linking to this editor from other websites would probably help it become more discoverable on search engines.
Being built as a single page application, and therefore having no content available for google bot is probably one of the reasons it does not come up in search engines.
